Stephanie joined the Joseph Cromer State Farm Agency in October of 2023 as an account manager. She loves being able to help people protect their families and what matters most to them. Before this she worked in the beauty industry for 16 years as a salon manager. She is originally from Pennsylvania and recently lived in Nevada and Colorado before moving to Christiansburg 7 years ago to be closer to family. She and her husband, Scott, have a beautiful Australian Shepherd named Gunner, and when not working, they enjoy spending time in the mountains, kayaking, and hiking.

Stephanie was born in Mt. Airy NC and grew up nearby in Patrick County. She graduated from Radford University in May 2002 and immediately started her career in Law Enforcement. After 20 years of serving her community as an officer, she has transitioned to serving in a different capacity. She is excited to be a part of our State Farm family and helping others with their insurance needs such as Homeowners, Auto, Life and Business.
Stephanie, her husband Mark, and two sons Thaxton and Barrett are members of Belmont Church. They enjoy days on the lake, spending time with family and friends and their dog Sadie Mae. Stephanie's passions are God, family, volunteering for individuals with intellectual disabilities, and gardening.
